Automatic machine for the application of the metal shank on the heel board by means of a rivet. Once the first has been placed, it is possible to apply the second with the same head.

The heel is held in place during the riveting operation by 4 lateral and one rear pliers.

Heel and metal shank adapt horizontally to the rivet to allow a straight riveting that does not deform the curvature of the shank.

Automatic rivet positioning by setting the desired quoye on the touchscreen.

Riveting system with spring lever that allows you to use cardboard and sheets of any thickness without making adjustments.

OPTIONAL 1: transport of the heel performed with pliers instead of suction cups so as to be able to work any type of product (hole, felt, central slot, etc.)

OPTIONAL 2: pneumatic system for removing rivets
