MANUAL RIVETING MACHINE WITH SELF CENTERING SYSTEM IGM/A – MECCANICA ITALSET 98
This machine fix the shank to the heel board by rivets.
The riveting movement is obtained by an electric motor that allows to have the right force and the right speed for a perfect riveting, even on a very strong cardboard.
The adjusting of the height of lower beater isn’t necessary to pass from one thickness of shank and/or hell board to another.
Once the rivet has been inserted inside the shank hole, the longitudinal positioning is obtained by means of a bar to which the operator supports the hell boards.
The loading of the pieces to be riveted takes place via operator: the automatic centering system is maintained during the whole riveting operation.
Can be riveted heel seat, of any material (also very hard), with a minimum of 0.8 to 4.2 mm thick.
