Insole trimming machine complete with automatic sharpener.

New VERTICAL SUPPORT:
– it is no longer graduated, with just one type you can work all heel heights
– it facilitates the entry of the insole and prevents the flattening of the moulding
– it is interchangeable with the classic horizontal support

The machine automatically adjusts the inclination of the support system, based on what is set on the touchscreen.
The processing parameters (inclination, knife speed, side/heel transport speed) can be saved in recipes

The knives are sharpened individually on board the machine, without having to remove the disc, the adjustment of the sharpening quota is automatic.
At the end, a grinding of the complete disc can be performed.

The machine complies with the safety requirements set by the CE regulation and has the essential requirements for the Industry 4.0 Plan
