MANUAL PRESS FOR INSOLE SHAPING WITH TIMER
This machine allows the insole pressing (left and right).
The operator moves the sliding door all on one side, He loads the insole on the mold present on the other side and retract himself. At this point, moves on the sliding door until complete closure, the loaded cylinder unit rise and make the preforming of insole placed on the mold, giving it the respective form. At the same time, in the other side, the cylinder get down and the operator could load the insole. While in the close side takes place the pressing, in the open side the operator removes the preformed insole and put in the new.
The machine allows to regolate the work pressure and the duration of the pressing phase.
The habilitation of the cylinder rise is managed through specific micro safety and control switches.
