The milling machine for insoles MOD. Z11 Q is a machine designed and built to do milling operations of round and square insoles for men and women.
The milling operations are done through a milling disc, driven via a belt by the electric motor that powers the aspirator, equipped with cutting knives whose rotation allows the removal of material from the insole in processing; the moving of the insole during the milling operation takes place by means two transporters, one neutral and one is motorized, and a photocell that, reading the presence or absence of the insole, manages the speed of movement of the same.
The machine complies with the safety requirements of EC legislation.
