AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR ATTACHING SHANKS TO HELL BOARDS WITH 1 OR 2 RIVETS

This machine is very precise thanks to 4 pliers and another one back. The pliers are very important because the center and clamp the hell board during the process of work.

After the centering the shank is placed with a magnete selg-adjusted.

During the process of riveting, the shank and the hell board adapt horizontally to the rivets. In this way the rivet is straight and not inclined, without deform the cuvature of the shank. It is the same for the second rivet.

After the riveting, the hell board takes out with a plier and it let the hell board slide in a duct where there are 2 rolls that attach better the shank to the hell board.
